Mate, Schooner SULTANA
A Salisbury University graduate with a degree in Biology, Kate joins the schooner SULTANA team where her love of sailing, history, ecology, and education for all ages come together in an outdoor setting. She worked with YMCA Camp Orkila and Ferry Beach Ecology School in environmental education, as an Interpreter for Historic St. Mary’s, and Mate aboard the Skipjack DEE OF St. MARY’S in Solomon’s. Kate, her husband, and spry pooch love being outdoors and make an assortment of eco-friendly gifts.
