Rudy Schreiber

Seasonal Paddling Staff Rudy currently attends the University of the Arts in Pennsylvania majoring in directing, playwriting, and production. With a rich background in theater, acting, and an Eagle Scout through Boy Scouts of America, Rudy brings boundless energy and spirit to SEF’s summer paddling programs. In his spare time, Rudy visits the theater, takes long bike rides outdoors, or will grab a great book and head to the park.

Keith Packard

Seasonal Paddling Staff Keith is a current student at St. Mary’s College, studying English and Education. Keith is an active member of the Dean’s List, a student teacher for middle school students, a graduate of the National Honors Society, and was a senior patrol leader in the Boy Scouts of America Troop 738. Keith loves to backpack and hopes to one day complete the Triple Crown of hiking by completing the entire Appalachian, Continental Divide, and Pacific Crest Trails.

Todd Mignosa

Assistant Director of Paddling Programs Todd began at SEF in 2018 as the Education Director aboard the schooner SULTANA. A graduate of Salisbury University with a degree in Environmental Studies, Todd has worked for a variety of outdoor education organizations including Patuxent Research Refuge, YMCA Camp Orkila, and Path Finder Ranch, teaching leadership development through outdoor recreational sports. Todd is a thrill-seeking outdoorsman, who finds comfort in good company and free spaces to appreciate the natural world.

Courtney Forgan

Seasonal Paddling Staff Courtney attends Frostburg State University and is a local addition to the SEF staff. Courtney is a member of the Future Farmers of America, currently enrolled in the Agricultural Career and Technologies Pathway, and is active in the Wildlife and Fisheries Club at FSU. When the weather is right, you can catch Courtney wakeboarding, wake surfing, and tubing on the Sassafras River.
