Proposals are requested for the repointing and repairing of exterior brick facades of the historic Kent News Building, 200 S. Cross Street, Chestertown MD 21620. Work includes permitting, site setup & preparation, brick preparation, repointing and repair, cleanup and site restoration.

Project is partly funded by the MD Historical Trust. All work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and all State regs., incl. EEO.
Proposals must be received before by 4:59 PM on November 13th, 2026.
Contract awarded to lowest proposal from a qualified firm conforming to project schedule.
