VIRTUAL CLASSROOM: LIVE! offers an interactive forum for groups and schools to learn more about any of the topics listed in our curriculum. When we can’t physically place objects into students’ hands we want to present them in front of our webcams. Our staff aims to foster discussions and generate follow-up questions amongst each group.
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM: LIVE! programs are being offered free of charge (as available) through the end of the school year.
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM: LIVE! programs can be hosted using a variety of distance learning software, including Zoom and Google Meet. Generally, participating classroom teachers host the meeting and invite Sultana Education Foundation (SEF) staff members to “attend” as guest speakers. SEF understands that many schools have specific guidelines in place for distance learning initiatives, and we will work with participants to ensure that all safety and privacy protocols are followed.
